• HORÁRIO 10h-18h;

• O espaço da banca é de 1mx2m;

• O espaço da tua banca já está previamente definido pela organização - informa-te no check-in à chegada;

• Não temos mesas disponíveis - obrigatório trazer mesa;

• Não temos cadeiras disponíveis;

• Caso tenhas uma banca de roupa só podes trazer até 3 charriots ou 1 mesa e 1 charriot (máx 1mx2m);

• As montagens são feitas uma hora antes do evento - entre as 9h e as 10h - às 10h as bancas devem estar todas montadas;

• Tod@s devem permanecer até ao fim do evento;

• As desmontagens serão feitas após as 18h;

• Podes trazer chapéu de sol (preferencialmente branco), usa caso seja mesmo necessário;

• Não há electricidade (somente tattoos e foodtrucks);

• Não uses embalagens ou sacos de plástico, utiliza papel ou pede aos visitantes que utilizem saco reutilizável;

• Deixa o espaço como o encontraste - leva todo o lixo contigo.

LOCATION

SCHEDULE 10am-6pm;

• The booth space is 1m x 2m;

• The space for your booth is already predefined by the organization - inquire at check-in upon arrival;

• We do not have tables available - it is mandatory to bring your own table;

• We do not have chairs available;

• If you have a clothing stall, you can only bring up to 3 clothing racks or 1 table and 1 clothing rack (maximum 1mx2m);

• Booth setup starts one hour before the event - between 9am and 10am - all booths must be set up by 10am;

• Everyone must stay until the end of the event;

• Booth dismantling starts after 6pm;

• You can bring a sun umbrella (preferably white), use it only if absolutely necessary;

• There is no electricity available (except for tattoos and food trucks);

• Do not use plastic packaging or bags, use paper or encourage visitors to use reusable bags;

• Leave the space as you found it - take all trash with you.
